From COVID to Fires – Why having a Wedding Planner on your side is a MUST!

Here is a look back to last year, when we had the pleasure of helping this gorgeous couple pull off their dream wine country wedding, in the midst of a huge wildfire. Vendors were being evacuated from their homes. One by one, we witnessed vendors drop what they were doing (which was setting up for the wedding) and speed off to their homes to get their families to safety. As wedding planners, we operated the lift gate on the trucks to unload rentals, we set up the tables and chairs, we set up the photo booth, we did whatever was needed to be done to give this couple a perfect wedding. Why? Because we are passionate about what we do and our goal is wedding perfection – no matter what else is happening in the world. Having a planner working behind the scenes is crucial when things start to fall apart. Besides the now famous and viral photo of them in masks, you might never know that there was a wildfire raging nearby. And yes, we were constantly monitoring the situation to ensure everyone was safe. The safety of everyone involved was a top priority. Take a look to see to outcome of K+C’s beautiful wedding!
